How to release a Haryanvi song: Spotify, JioSaavn, Haryanvi playlists and caller tunes
By the SUF Digitals team · Updated
Yes. SUF Digitals, based in Panipat, Haryana, releases Haryanvi songs to Spotify, JioSaavn, YouTube Music, Apple Music and 150+ stores, with caller tunes included, from Rs 999 a year plus GST. Choose Haryanvi under "Most used" in the release form, and from the Pro plan up we pitch your song to the editors behind Haryanvi 101, Hot Hits Haryanvi and JioSaavn's Haryanvi playlists.
Yes, Haryanvi songs can go on every store
About 98 lakh people gave Haryanvi as their mother tongue in Census 2011, which counts it under Hindi. It is spoken across Haryana, in Delhi and in Punjab, and its Rangri dialect reaches Sindh in Pakistan.
The roots are ragini, the folk theatre song popularised by Lakhmi Chand, the saang of the saangis, kissa ballads and Alha-Khand. Haryanvi pop, DJ songs and hip hop now sit alongside them: Spotify says Haryanvi streaming more than doubled in the year to December 2025, with listening rising in Jaipur, Agra, Meerut, Bhopal, Lucknow and Bengaluru.
SUF Digitals is based in Panipat, so Haryanvi music is close to home for us. One release reaches Spotify, JioSaavn, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Gaana, Instagram, Facebook and 150+ stores, with caller tunes on Jio, Airtel, Vi and BSNL on every plan.
How to release a Haryanvi song
If you have been searching how to release Haryanvi songs, this is the whole process, from sign-up to release day.
- Sign up for SUF Digitals and choose a plan. They start at Rs 999 a year (before GST), and you keep 100% of your copyright whichever plan you pick.
- Enter your artist name with links to your Spotify and Apple Music profiles. First release? Tick that you are new to the stores, and your artist pages are created along with it.
- Create a release and pick Haryanvi under "Most used", the first group in the language picker. Set it for the release and for each track.
- Upload the master as WAV or FLAC (16 or 24 bit, 44.1 to 96 kHz) with a 3000 x 3000 pixel square cover as JPG or PNG. The free cover art checker tests your cover the same way beforehand.
- Credit everyone who made the song (singers, composers, lyricists, producers), declare its rights and set the release date. Rising and higher plans choose the date; on Debut it is fixed at 7 days after you submit.
- Submit it. SUF checks the release against the stores' rules before delivery, and on release day you share a free smart link that opens the song in whichever music app each fan uses.
Haryanvi playlists on Spotify, JioSaavn and Apple Music
Spotify opened a Haryanvi Hub in January 2026 and launched Haryanvi 101 in September 2026, and it counts about 100 Haryanvi artists in its India top 5,000. These are the store-run Haryanvi playlists we found in October 2026, with their exact names.
From the Pro plan up, SUF pitches your release to the editors at Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Amazon Music and YouTube Music, including the ones who curate these Haryanvi lists, and a full EP or album can go in one pitch. Get the release locked at least 14 days before release day: Spotify will not consider a song pitched less than 7 days ahead.
What gets added is the editors' decision alone. A place on any playlist is never guaranteed, and SUF never pays for streams or playlist spots. See how playlist pitching works.
| Store | Editorial playlists |
|---|---|
| Spotify | Haryanvi 101, Hot Hits Haryanvi, Trending Now Haryanvi, Latest Haryanvi, RAP 91 Haryanvi, HR26 Hits, Love in Haryana, Haryanvi Workout |
| JioSaavn | Chartbusters 2026 - Haryanvi, Most Searched Songs - Haryanvi, Best Of Indie - Haryanvi, Best of Romance - Haryanvi, Dance Hits 2024- Haryanvi, Retro Aale Songs - Haryanvi |
| Apple Music | Essentials playlists for established Haryanvi artists, each made from one artist's own songs |
Haryanvi titles, script and spelling
Haryanvi is written in Devanagari, yet the Haryanvi hits we looked at on the stores carry Roman-letter titles, such as Bairan and Barsaat. Follow that lead and write your title the way a fan would type it into search on a phone.
Share the Devanagari title in the release description and in your YouTube and Instagram captions. Some fans spell the language Haryanavi, so a caption with both spellings catches both searches.
Titles cannot carry emoji, ALL CAPS, "feat." or promo words (Official, Lyrical, Video Song, Latest, New Song, Trending). Your artist name must be in English letters and spelled one way everywhere, since a second spelling creates a second artist page, and the cover must show the same title and name.
When Haryanvi songs are in demand
Haryanvi folk follows the calendar. Women sing Phagan songs in the Holi season, Samman and Teej songs arrive with the monsoon (Haryali Teej is an official holiday in Haryana), and Katak songs belong to the month of Kartik. Weddings bring bhat and the other ceremonial songs.
On Pro and above, lock a release at least 14 days before release day so it can be pitched. For a Phagan, Teej or wedding-season song, three to four weeks ahead of the date is better.
Folk, devotional and traditional Haryanvi songs
Mangal geet for auspicious days, bhajans and songs of the Puran Bhagat legend make up the devotional side. Ragini, kissa ballads such as Nihalde Sultan, bande-bandi duets and the seasonal songs are the folk backbone.
Every track is declared as original, cover, traditional or public domain, or remix. A folk song passed down through generations belongs to everyone, so record your own version and mark it "Traditional or public domain"; the recording has to be yours. Covering someone else's Haryanvi hit needs the song owner's licence, and remixing it needs the original recording owner's permission (cover songs).
YouTube Content ID takes only original songs with no samples and no non-exclusive beats. Traditional songs, old bhajans included, never go on it.
Caller tunes and earnings
Caller tunes on Jio (JioTunes), Airtel (Hellotunes), Vi and BSNL are part of every plan at no extra cost. A song people keep as their caller tune earns for every month they keep it.
You keep 80% of royalties on Debut, 85% on Rising, 90% on Pro and 95% on Signature, paid in rupees to your bank account or UPI, with statements by track, store, country and month. A label with several Haryanvi artists can use a label plan, from Rs 4,999 a year plus GST for up to 10 artists.
Questions Haryanvi artists ask
Which distributor can release Haryanvi songs?
SUF Digitals releases Haryanvi songs to Spotify, JioSaavn, YouTube Music, Apple Music and 150+ stores, from its base in Panipat, Haryana. Anyone can sign up, with no follower or stream minimum.
How do I get my Haryanvi song on Spotify?
Choose Haryanvi under "Most used" when you create your SUF release, upload a WAV or FLAC master and a 3000 x 3000 cover, and submit. One release goes to Spotify, JioSaavn, YouTube Music and 150+ other stores.
Can my song get into Haryanvi 101 or Hot Hits Haryanvi?
Only Spotify's editors can add it, so no one can promise you a spot. From the Pro plan up, SUF pitches your release to them when it is locked at least 14 days before release day.
Can I release a ragini or an old Haryanvi folk song?
Yes, if the recording is yours. Mark a traditional folk song "Traditional or public domain" in the rights step; if a writer owns the song, you need their licence first, as for any cover.
Can I choose my own release date?
Yes, from the Rising plan up. On Debut the date is set for you, 7 days after you submit.
Does a Haryanvi caller tune earn money?
Yes. A song kept as a caller tune on Jio, Airtel, Vi or BSNL earns every month it stays, and caller tunes are included on every SUF plan.
