Editorial playlist pitching for Indian artistsYour release, pitched to the editors who build playlists.
SUF Digitals pitches releases for editorial playlist consideration on six platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Amazon Music and YouTube Music. Lock your release at least 14 days before release day and it can be pitched everywhere it matters for Indian listeners.
Editorial pitch support is included on the Pro, Signature, Label Pro and Label Enterprise plans. Placement is decided by each platform's editors and is never guaranteed, and SUF never buys playlist spots.

Playlist pitching questions
Which platforms does SUF pitch my release to?
Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Amazon Music and YouTube Music. Self-serve tools usually cover only Spotify; SUF also pitches the Indian and other platforms where editors build playlists.
How early do I need to submit my release?
Lock your release at least 14 days before the release date so it can be pitched on all six platforms. Three to four weeks is better. A release delivered in the same week can still go live, but it misses editorial consideration.
Which plans include editorial pitching?
Editorial pitch support is included on the Pro (Rs 2,999 a year) and Signature (Rs 3,999 a year) artist plans and on the Label Pro and Label Enterprise plans. Rising includes help claiming your Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists profiles.
Can you pitch my whole EP or album?
Yes. Spotify for Artists lets you pitch one song per release yourself. SUF can present a whole EP or album to the platforms' editorial teams.
Is a playlist placement guaranteed?
No. Editors decide, slots are limited, and anyone who guarantees a placement or sells playlist spots is breaking platform rules and putting your catalogue at risk. What a pitch does is put your song in front of the people who decide, with the context they need.
What makes a strong pitch?
Accurate genre and sub-genre, mood, language, instrumentation, the story behind the song, comparable artists and your release plans. Specific, honest context helps an editor place a song quickly.
