Royalty and streams dashboard for artists: Every stream and every rupee, in one place.

Every SUF Digitals account comes with a dashboard that shows your streams day by day, song by song and store by store, across Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Amazon Music, Wynk Music, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Next to it, your Money page shows what you have earned, line by line, and what you can withdraw today.

It is included on every plan, from Debut at Rs 999 a year. The balance you see is worked out by the same calculation the payout run uses, so what the dashboard says is what you are paid.

Streams day by day

Every store that reports your songs, plus YouTube official audio, by day, by song and by store.

Every line of your royalties

One row per song, per store, per month. Filter it, export it as CSV or PDF.

The balance you are paid

Your streams, day by day

The Streams page answers one question: who is listening, where, and since when.

See which song is carrying your catalogue and which store is driving it.

Compare periods

Pick 7, 28, 60 or 90 days or all time. 7 and 28 days are compared with the days before, so you see what a post or a playlist did.

Your royalties, line by line

The Money page keeps every rupee traceable, from the store's report to your bank.

Balance and withdrawals

What you have earned, what you can take out now and what is on its way, with a full breakdown of how the balance adds up.

Monthly statements

A PDF statement for any month with activity, and a chart of your royalties by month.

Every line

Each credit as its own row: song, store, country and month. Filter it and download it as CSV or PDF.

Tax, shown

Where tax is withheld, it appears with its deduction statement, so your PAN credit is easy to match.

How and when you are paid

Withdrawals go only to a bank account or UPI verified as yours. The team reviews each request, works out any tax and marks it paid, with the transfer reference on your Money page.

Questions about the dashboard

Which stores show up in my streams?

Every store that reports your songs: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, JioSaavn, Gaana, Wynk Music, Deezer, Facebook and Instagram and the rest, plus YouTube official audio. TikTok is shown on its own.

How often are the figures updated?

Day by day, as each store reports. Stores report on their own schedules, so the newest days fill in as their figures arrive, and the all-time totals always count every stream so far.

Is my dashboard included in every plan?

Yes. Day-by-day streams, statements and the full royalty ledger come with every artist and label plan, from Debut at Rs 999 a year.

Can I download my royalty statements?

Yes. Every month with activity has a PDF statement, and the full ledger, one row per song per store per month, downloads as CSV or PDF with your filters applied.

When can I withdraw my royalties?

When your balance reaches your plan's minimum: Rs 1,000 on Debut, Rs 500 on Rising and Label Starter, and no minimum on Pro, Signature, Label Pro and Label Enterprise. Money is paid only to a bank account or UPI verified as yours.

Is tax deducted from my royalties?

Only where the law requires it. When tax is withheld, it shows on your Money page with its deduction statement, and the credit appears against your PAN after the quarterly return is filed.
