Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated: September 2026
SUF Digitals provides digital services: music distribution to streaming stores and caller-tune platforms, and promotion services. Because these are delivered electronically and often begin immediately, this policy sets out clearly when a payment can be refunded, when it cannot, and how to request a refund or cancel.
1. Plan subscriptions
Distribution plans are billed annually and do not renew automatically. A plan gives you the ability to submit releases and provisions services on your behalf, including free ISRC and UPC codes and delivery to stores.
Cooling-off refund. If you have just purchased or upgraded a plan and have not yet submitted any release under it, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, less any payment-gateway charges that are not returned to us. Once a release has been submitted, queued or delivered under the plan, the plan fee is non-refundable, because the service it pays for has been used.
A plan's price and the share of net receipts it carries are shown before you pay and are fixed for the year you paid for. We do not charge you again for that year, and any later change to a plan applies only from your next renewal.
2. Marketing and promotion payments
Marketing quotes (YouTube Ads, Reel marketing, Spotify marketing) are made up of an advertising budget that is spent in full on the relevant third-party platform, plus, where applicable, our service fee, plus GST.
- Before a campaign has started, you may cancel and receive a refund of the amount not yet spent or committed, less any payment-gateway charges and any work already done.
- Once a campaign has started, the advertising budget already spent on the platform cannot be refunded, as that money has left us and been paid to the platform. Our service fee is non-refundable once campaign work has begun.
- We do not guarantee any specific number of views, streams, followers or placements, and results are not a basis for a refund. We only ever run campaigns through the platforms' own official ad systems.
3. Cancelling and taking music down
You can stop using the service at any time. To cancel a plan renewal or a pending order, or to request that a release be taken down from stores, contact us at support@sufdigitals.com. Each release you distribute is exclusive to us for twelve months from the day it goes live, as set out in your Distribution Agreement; after that period you may request takedown at any time. Takedown removes future availability and does not by itself refund a plan already used.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once approved, we process refunds within 5 to 7 business days; the time for the amount to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the amount paid to us; payment-gateway charges and third-party advertising spend that are not returned to us are not part of a refund.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@sufdigitals.com from the address on your account, with the payment reference or order number and a short note on what you are asking for. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will tell you in writing whether the refund is approved and, if not, the reason. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly rather than raising a chargeback.
This policy sits alongside your signed Distribution Agreement. Where a distribution matter is covered by that agreement and this policy conflicts with it, the signed agreement controls.
