Terms of Use

These terms cover general use of our website and portal. Distribution of your music is governed separately by the Distribution Agreement you sign during onboarding; if there is any conflict between these terms and your signed agreement on a distribution matter, the signed agreement controls.

Anyone may create an account. Distribution requires a current plan, and each plan states the share of net receipts you keep. That share is shown before you pay and is written into your distribution agreement. Plans are annual, do not renew automatically, and any change to a plan's price, share or service levels applies to you only from your next renewal and never to a period already paid for.

Each release you distribute through us is exclusive to us for twelve months from the day it goes live. That period runs per release rather than per account, and once it expires you may request takedown at any time. Full terms are in your distribution agreement, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Codes issued before signup was opened remain valid and activate the account they were issued against on the terms agreed at the time. Such codes are personal and must not be shared. Accounts are personal to the account holder. We may suspend or close an account that is misused, that breaches the distribution agreement, or where a store requires it, and we will tell you the reason in writing.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep your account details up to date.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Only submit content you own or are fully authorised to distribute.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the site or portal.
• Do not use the services for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

The SUF Digitals name, logo, website design, and content are our property or used under licence, and may not be copied or used without permission. You retain ownership of your own recordings and works; rights you grant us for distribution are set out in your Distribution Agreement, not here.

Artificially inflating streams or engagement — through bots, click farms, incentivised or fake traffic, or similar methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in withheld royalties and termination, as set out in your Distribution Agreement.

We work to keep the site and portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Panipat, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution terms in a signed Distribution Agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
